Delivery is done within 24 to 48 hours.
Kitui Flour Mills only support online payment.
If payment is successful, you will receive an SMS confirmation and an email from Kitui Flour Mills
If payment is not reflected it could be a service delay from your payment method for example fluctuation of Mpesa server.

The delivery time starts from the day you place your order to the day one of our delivery associates makes a first attempt to deliver to you. *Only 2 attempts will be done for delivery and the orders will be canceled after 5 days if not collected.
We do not make cash refunds unless in cases of double payments.
Products will be only returned if: The wrong product is delivered. The delivered product is expired on delivery. The packaging is damaged in any way.
Scrutinize the products on arrival or on picking up at the local pickup location before receiving them. Sign only on confirming their condition. If there is an error, please immediately hand over the incorrect or damaged item back. Exchanges will be done within 24-48 hours.
Customers should double-check their orders before placing them. There will be no product exchange in case of wrong orders.
In case of a delivery delay of more than 4 days, the order can be canceled.
In case of erroneous double payments, the refund will be done within 24-72 hours.
